When one thinks of California the first thought that comes to mind would be Hollywood, which is in Central California. Apart from blockbuster movies, California, in particular, the Santa Barbara region, is well known for quality wine production with the AVA(American Viticultural Areas) ensuring wine production meets the high criterion before awarding the appellation.
The Concept of The Paring hails from the Santa Barbara region, with the grapes being sourced from Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley Being a relatively new label that began in 2006, We are excited to present as part of our on going "Truly Singaporean Makan & Minum" a modern 6 course menu crafted to suit these Californian wines. We are also pleased to let you know that these wines are limited in production, with 6000 bottles produced respectively for the 2020 Chardonnay and the 2017 Syrah featured in this tasting.
